Well, I started with the best of intentions today. I was going to put together a fun bit of flash, but then... my computer decided to update. And update and update and yeah, one more time for good measure.
I keep reminding myself that it could have been the blue screen of death...
Anyway, instead of a flash, I'm going to share a sexy snuggle...we can all use some of those.
Have a wonderfully sexy weekend!

Yeah, my computer has been updating for the last week at least... 'Course, since it's XP and 32 bit, they can only download so much. However, I think it's caused Firefox's black screen of death, two time yesterday... and that is such a mess to fix because you can't turn off the computer properly. Sheesh!
Yes, I and my heroines love sexy snuggles! Thanks for sharing.
I've been having trouble getting the laptop to sign onto the Internet lately. It also takes its damn sweet time loading our Shapeshifters blog, to the point I get "Do you want to kill this page?" messages. The same thing's been happening with the Absolute Write site, but not with any other site I frequent. I don't have any of these problems with the library computers.
I'm wondering if one of the recent updates is affecting it. Or maybe it's because I didn't take the fee upgrade to Windows 10. They figured out what my favorite sites are and they're punishing me.
Oops. "Free upgrade." Though I'm sure there were fees involved somewhere.
Pat, probably no fees... okay, later down the road they'll likely try to sell you latest upgrade. However, WINDOWS 10 is surveillance on super steroids now... from the geek articles I read they're collecting, selling, and reporting EVERYTHING to the NSA and gov agencies... every keystroke, etc. This could absolutely slow down a lot of our computers... Could be, also, they are 'affecting' the sites you frequent... Windows is also using people's bandwidth to update other people's computers to Windows 10 instead of using their own bandwidth.
I figured Windows 10 would be more surveillance crap, but thought maybe it would be worth upgrading anyway... NOT ANYMORE!!! Basically in their agreement they say they own everything about you, and you have NO SAY about it.
Fascinating, but it doesn't solve my problem. Did I mention I DIDN'T download Windows 10?
Rebecca, are you there? You're our Scotty. Anything I can do to get the laptop back up to speed? It's 5 years old and loaded down with old files, which may have more to do with this than the NSA.
Yeah, you mentioned that. I just figured I'd share what I learned for those who might want to know. Obviously, I don't know how to solve your problem.
I was just hit again with firefox's black screen of death [I've done what I can to correct the problem per instructions, which didn't solve my problem] and also hit with a horrendous Windows update... it's taken me over an hour to get back online.
We do need Rebecca's sage tech advice.
