Sing Along with Talbot's Peak!

Bark! The howling angels sing
Glory to this Christmas thing
Pound the tables, raise the roof
All those goodies on the hoof!
Venison and pork and fowl,
Spread that gravy with a trowel
When the Star shows in the East,
That’s the signal for a feast
Alpha to Omega sing
Glory to this Christmas thing

Away in a manger, the cows ate the hay
So there was no place for the Baby to lay
They found him a desk drawer of finest hard wood
And Nick looked upon him and said it was good

Good Mayor Gil the squirrel looked down
On the Peak’s town square
As the snow lay round about,
Drifting everywhere
“What a mess this is,” he cried. “Anybody know
How I’m supposed to find my nuts in all this friggin’ snow?”

Moon Moon the asshat shifter
Was a very stupid mutt
And if you ever met him,
You would kick him in the butt.
All of the other werewolves
Used to snarl and call him names
They never let poor Moon Moon
Join in any wolfy games
Then one foggy Christmas eve,
Santa came to say,
“Where the hell’s that Moon Moon clown?
He painted Rudolph’s red nose brown!”
No one got any presents
And the shifters howled with glee
When they caught up with Moon Moon
And hung him from a Christmas tree

We wish you a furry Christmas
We wish you a furry Christmas
We wish you a furry Christmas
And a howly new year

Pat, THANKS FOR THE LAUGHS!!! That's our most beloved Talbot's Peak.

LMAO...oh Pat, that was fabulous! That sounds like something new daddy Nick would do, putting the pup in a drawer, but does he have one big enough for two? hehe

And your rendition of Rudolph is the bomb!

In all fairness, the reindeer did chase moon Moon off a cliff last Christmas. HE wasn't trying to harm THEM when he started chasing them! LOL!

Anyone who wants to add their own favorite shifter-inspired carol, please feel free. Lift your typing fingers in song! (Not THAT finger, please.)
