Love's a Beach at Talbot's Peak

Tuesday howls and yowls, shapeshifter lovers.

Yes, it's BLOG HOP time beginning this Friday. That means freaky and frisky fun, fabulous and feral eye candy. And! an assortment of fantastic prizes.

~~~
To shift gears, what a busy-frantic day I had, so typical of this year. It's like being on fast-forward while being smacked around at the same time.
So, here's the beginning of a flash scene that I 'might' continue for the blog hop, depending on the whim of my dear, sweet and ever creative muse.
Her Hot Pink Bikini
"They weren't kidding." Krystal turned this way and that before her three-way mirror.
She'd been staring at herself for the last half hour, at least. Astonished, stunned, didn't cover it. But then, her newly purchased bikini didn't cover much either.
But, really... did she look better now than she had at twenty-six? Feeling sexy for the first time in what felt like ages, Krystal giggled.
She tossed her long loose hair just to feel even sexier, then sang, "It's an itsy bitsy teeny weeny shiny hot-pink bikini."
Placing her hand on her cocked hip, she posed provocatively. "Definitely dangerous curves ahead."
Ecstatic bubbles of laughter burst from her, and her head tipped back. For a time, her laughter freely flowed.
Did she truly have a second chance at life?
Only a year ago, her life had been in utter ruins, and Krystal hadn't owned a shred of hope. Not about anything.
Emotionally she'd been a black hole, only going through the motions because others she cared about depended on her. Then, one day during the city's brutal heat wave, she'd simply collapsed and lost consciousness. She'd been trudging home from her crappy service job, exhausted.
Briefly Krystal had regained awareness, enough to know she lay on the grass beneath one of the park's large trees. How she'd gotten there remained a mystery.
But, what haunted her every night before she drifted off to sleep, was the memory of a giant silver wolf with icy blue eyes gazing down at her. The intelligence shining in his eyes as he studied her... how could she ever forget?
Entranced, Krystal ran her gaze over each inch of her rejuvenated body, and dared to hope. She realized it was only a fragile bud inside her, just beginning to bloom and reach for the light. Yet...
She heard his distinctive rap on her door. The man who had rescued her, bringing her to his unusual home located in a mountain range, and high up the mountainside.
In one section of the stone mansion designed to blend in with the natural rock surroundings, was what he and six brothers called an alchemy lab. And she'd been their experiment. Their highly successful experiment, given her youthful body and how vital she felt now.
"How does it fit, my wise woman?" he called out in his low and thunderous timbre.
Krystal shivered, her normal reaction to him. Because, holy damn, he couldn't have been more drop-dead gorgeous in that Norse god sort of way.
She certainly spent enough time lusting in her heart and in her fantasies. Yet, Bolt, short for Thunderbolt... well, he and his brothers had been the epitome of gentlemen with her.
"I'm decent enough. Come on in. See for yourself," she invited. "More data for your experiment?" Krystal asked to keep herself from throwing herself at him.
Yeah, like landing against his hard-as-granite, completely virile body.
"Data, yes." His presence not only filled the room, but seemed to expand it, like an expanding universe. Krystal grabbed for breaths as she pivoted slowly, and faced him.
"However," Bolt continued, his gaze sweeping over her, "I require your invaluable counsel on a matter of great importance. When your mind is clear."
He halted suddenly, as if the soles of his boots had been super-glued to the floor. Krystal watched as he became so still, so rigid he looked like a living statue.
"Is something wrong?" she ventured. When he failed to move, her concern grew, and Krystal closed the distance between them.
"Your beauty...pink is your color. As they say. And the suit fits perfectly."
His stilted and forced voice puzzled Krystal. And then, she glimpsed it. His cock challenged the stretch of his supple leather pants.
Whoo! Hot guys, a fountain of youth, and a hot pink bikini! Sign me up for the next wave of experiments!
But only if the rejuvenation includes weight loss. I don't exactly have a beach-ready bod these days, if ya know what I mean.
("My mother-in-law went swimming off the coast of Florida and the Air Force thought she was Cuba." Cue laugh track.)
Ya got me with that mother-in-law joke... LOL and giggling...
Rejuvenation always includes weight loss simply because the body would naturally be at the healthiest weight.
Yeah, I started creating The Silver Wolf Gods and their sisters, The Silver Wolf Goddesses, descendents of Thor. Of course, they all have to have suitable happily ever after mates.
Descendents of Thor? So he and Fenris got it on? I wanna see that in the next Avengers movie!
I plead social ignorance. I didn't see that film. Only knew it was out, and saw the sexy yummy pics of the actor playing Thor.
Fenris?
The Fenris Wolf, a monster from Norse mythology. He's destined to eat Odin when Ragnarok hits. He's also the son of Loki, Thor's brother. Wait, Loki's adopted. Ick factor avoided. Just the same, don't tell PayPal.
Ah, I knew that rang a bell. It's been awhile since I read about Norse mythology.
No, their dam or mother is a wolf witch. Or a witch who is a wolf shapeshifter.
